We understand that pets are an important part of your family! Distinct Management, we welcome pets while ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please review our pet policy below:

Allowed Pets

  • Dogs and cats are permitted.
  • Breed restrictions apply (see below for details).

Pet Fees & Deposits

  • Non-refundable pet fee:$[200] per pet.
  • Monthly pet rent:$[35] per pet.

Breed Restrictions

While we welcome pets, certain breeds—including Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, and Chow Chows—may be subject to additional review due to insurance or community regulations. Acceptance is based on the individual dog’s behavior, training documentation, and compliance with our pet policy. We encourage responsible pet ownership and require proof of proper socialization and training for all pets. Please contact our leasing office for details on our pet approval process.

Pet Guidelines

  • All pets must be registered with the leasing office.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas.
  • Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste.
  • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in additional restrictions.

Service Animals

Service animals and emotional support animals are welcomed in accordance with Fair Housing Laws. Proper documentation may be required.
