“Affordable, convenient, good school district, excellent neighborhood & close to everything, including campus, musical arts theater, stadiums and college mall”

“I have been here for over 2 years. I have to say what a great addition this has been. I have gotten all my issues resolved and the manager has called me and asked how it turned out. This is the place now.”

“Jack took great care of me. Even responded to one of my questions at 10:30 PM via e-mail. I met the owner (and his dog Rebel, what a sweetheart) who was on site overseeing renovations to the property. Everyone I spoke to was attentive and I’m signing my lease right now ;)”

“They kept the grounds immaculate and responded quickly to maintenance concerns”

“Love living here. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Most residents are renewing their leases. Great location.”

“Wonderful service! Great apartment!”
